These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the EducoCentral platform and its products (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an institution, you represent that you are authorized to bind that institution.
1. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or compromise platform integrity.
2. Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the Services or interfere with their operation or security.
- Do not attempt to access data you are not authorized to access.
- Do not upload unlawful, infringing, harmful or deceptive content.
- Do not reverse engineer, resell or sublicense the Services without written permission.
- Honor assessment integrity rules and exam policies set by your institution.
3. Institutional terms
If your access is provided through an institution, additional terms in the institution's master agreement apply. In case of conflict, the master agreement governs the institution's use of the Services.
4. Content and ownership
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant EducoCentral a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process and display that content solely to operate and improve the Services. EducoCentral retains all rights in the platform, software and documentation.
5. Subscriptions and fees
Paid Services are billed under the order form or plan you select. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing on renewal with prior notice.
6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, security risk, non-payment or as required by law. You may terminate at any time, subject to the order form. Upon termination, the post-termination provisions of this agreement survive.
7. Warranties and disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify EducoCentral against third-party claims arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Surat, Gujarat will have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer-protection laws of the user's residence.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-product. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
